You acknowledge that payment processing times may vary depending on the chosen method and that ibets is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited to your ibets account are lawfully obtained and that you have the legal right to use such funds for gaming purposes. ibets reserves the right to refuse any deposit and to conduct additional verification procedures if we suspect fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality available on the ibets platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof (collectively, the "Content"), are the exclusive property of ibets or its content suppliers and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ibets platform and Content solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content from the ibets platform without prior written consent from ibets.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the total liability of ibets to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you paid to ibets in the six months preceding the claim or one hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 100), whichever is greater.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ibets and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other proprietary rights.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

Before pursuing any formal legal action, you agree to first contact ibets customer support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal legal proceedings.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

ibets reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of the Service at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or any other ibets policy;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or incomplete information;
• Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities;
• Failure to complete identity verification procedures;
• Request for self-exclusion under responsible gaming provisions;
• Inactivity of your account for an extended period;
• Any other reason determined by ibets in its sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You will be permitted to withdraw any remaining balance in your account, provided you are in compliance with these Terms and have met all applicable requirements. ibets reserves the right to retain funds in cases of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms pending investigation.
